Congratulations! You just started your first enterprise. Maybe you already thought about the first destinations and the service on board? So let's start opening some branch offices and defining service-profiles!
The first branch office
The first branch office is already opened where your enterprise is based. To start making flight schedules open a branch office at further destinations.
You have two options to open a branch office:
- On the airport information page (i.e. by entering the airport or the code into the search field), you may open a branch office within the tab "office".
- Enter the airport or its code in the branch office site (see offices)
Service profile
(optional for new accounts, see comfort functions)
To define an on-board service-profile select "Service & Marketing" -> "On-board Service" and create a service profile by entering a name for this profile.
On the following page you can choose the service you want to offer on board. It is seperated into food-service (beverage, snacks, meals) and non-food service (headphones, dishes, newspapers and magazines).
