Overview
Overiew is linking to the Dashboard. The most important information about the active enterprise will be displayes here.
Financial Schedule
The financial schedule displays all earnings and expenses related to contracts. These are:
- leasing payments
- payments for private handling services
- loan-payments
- staff salary (week-closure)
- dividends (if there was a succesfull IPO)
The next date/time for a payment will be displayed - if this will continue the next periods, only the first payment will be displayed. There are additional columns for the cummulated summs. All earnings/expenses for the flights (and maintenance) will be paid when services will be done, so they are not fix in matter of the amount or date/time. These payments won't be displayed in this list
Complete Flight Schedule
All Flights of the enterprise sorted by Departure and Arrival Airports. The flight times may be displayed as hub times, local times or UTC.
Settings
The settings are separated into two tabs. The general settings and game settings. The general settings allows you to enter more informaton about your enterprise. These are a small logo (i.e. for display at the arrival/departure pages; max. 120x23 pixel), a large logo (300x100 pixel), and a text to be displayed for any player interested in your enterprise. The tab Game Settings allows you to overwrite the global game settings for this enterprise.
Staff
The whole staff management will be handled here. Excetional pilots all staff will be hires automaticly when needed. Due to restructure it may happen, that your enterprise is employing to many staff. You can decide to keep them without any duties in the enterprise (maybe you need them in the future) or you can fire them by paying 3times a standard salary. You can also increase or decrease the salary of an employee group. But be careful, the salary will have an effect on the friendlyness and costumer orientation. This will have an effect on the image of your enterprise, so you should always take a look about this.
Pilot Management
Pilots have to be hired manualy and they might be trained/retrained. This will happen in the pilot management. The first part is an overview of the employed and needed pilots. Aircraft which are ordered and not yet delivered are not part of this.
If there are not enough pilots employed, you have three options to acquire them. Maybe there are enough unemploxed pilots for this type-rating, then you can hire them. You can also train them - therefor enter the number of pilots and change "hire" to "train". But training pilots costs you some money. If you have pilots without assignment to an aircraft but with a different type-rating, you can retrain them to the new type rating. This costs you the half of training new pilots. Sometimes it could be better to employ pilots of other type-ratings and retrain them, then training new pilots.
Reset/liquidate enterprise
To liquidate an enterprise or a holding, you can select this function. All assets will be sold, the buildings will be demolished etc. - exisiting minority stakes will be purchased to AirlineSim and majority stakes will lead to deletion of the daughter enterprise. The shareholder will receive the remaining values divided by there share.
Prior to deleting an enterprise/a holding you have to confirm a safety question.
